TC-600 Pallet Wrapping Machine Mobile robotic stretch pallet wrappers are ideal for both standard and non-standard size pallet loads. The machine works by placing the guide tire against the pallet or if necessary against the load. To position the guide wheel, use the drive button on the handle of the machine until it is properly aligned.It is suitable for heavy goods or special-shaped pallets. The pallet is stationary on the ground. The mobile robot pallet wrapper automatically rotates 360 degrees around the pallet to automatically detect the height of goods. The wrapping height of the standard machine can reach 2.4m and the maximum customized height can reach 2.8m. The mobile robot pallet wrapper adopts PLC control system, and the performance of the whole machine is stable.

A: Power Supply at 220V 50Hz with replace-able 120A lead-acid cell
Q2: How many models do you need and how can I choose?
A: Only TC-600 with optional height upto 2.4/2.8/3 meters.Please share your pallet specifications and weight. So we could evalute and present you with most suitable solution.
Q3: What is the delivery time? A: Standard machines are stock available or spare parts available which able to be ready in 3-7 days. If you have special requirements or customized service. Normally takes 10-20 days for fresh make after order confirm. |
Q4: What is the warranty period and after sales service? A: We provide 1 year warranty for machine except wearing parts or consumables. Optional for Video Guide, Online Service or local Service by third party. All spare parts available in both Shanghai and Kun Shan Warehouse in China for fast moving and shipping.
Q5: What is your payment Teams?
A: We welcome and try multi payment terms depends on order value and necessary. Will suggest 100% payment against fast shipment. Deposit and balance % against cycle orders.
Q6: How do you pack it?
A: Small strapping machine tools packed in tool box and carton boxes for safety shipments by courier express. Heavy machines weight higher than 20 kgs packed in wooden cases pallet against safety shipment by Air or Sea. Will suggest bulk shipments by sea considering machine sizes and weight.
Q7: Will you able to do OEM & ODM service?
A: For TC-600 Robot pallet wrapper. We could do color as requirements but comes with MOQ 10 sets.
