TFP/S/H-O Series Mounted Flange Facer machines are ideal for facing and end-prepping all types of flange surfaces. These externally mounted flange facers clamp onto the outside diameter of the flange using quick-set adjustable legs and jaws. As with our ID mount models, these are also used to machine a continuous groove spiral serrated flange finish. Several can also be configured to machine grooves for RTJ (Ring Type Joint) gaskets.
This machine is widely used in the flange connecting of Petroleum,chemical,natural gas and nuclear power. With the light weight, this machine is helpful for the on-site maintenance. It ensures the high security and efficiency.
